95-75 A journey of loss n gain!! Baby steps to giant Leep !!

It's a hard journey though!  its easy as it goes! Just hit the road and run!  What I lost -- 20 kgs of unwanted burden in 10 weeks!! Lot of cholesterol !! Unwanted stress!! What I gained ?? Stamina !! Stamina !!  Stamina!! Presence of moment  and  mental sharpness!!  Wear all my old clothes ! Clothes fit you when u buy online :). Easy to move around! How??  Focus & Training !! Each day go for the extra meter!! @gym 30 mins elliptical 30 mins running tread mill  ( continuous @5.3 - 5.4)  10 mins ( intense and slow - 2 mins walk@4 - 1 min run @8.5) 10 mins bench press and weights  @breakfast 1 cup oats + 10 almonds +1 cup South Indian filter coffee( no sugar) @ lunch  Properly cooked South Indian food with less than 1 cup rice  @dinner Channa dal or Bhel puri or sautéed veg with panneer @times 1 plate briyani per week  Other tips  - I would say main tips !!
